Est. 1976
I opened Tanner's Alley Leather Design Studio in 1976 because I loved working with leather and wanted to offer my services to the community. Since my hometown, Morgantown, West Virginia, is home to West Virginia University, there is a great need for satchels, book bags, backpacks, and travel bags. Over the years, I have developed a group of handmade leather products to serve these needs. All these items have been "field-tested" for years by both students and professionals. I am happy to report that our products have been used around the world as our regular customers report to us their many adventures.

Saddlebag
Are you longing for the good old days of Randolph Scott and Home on the Range? Well...this beautiful handmade leather bag is a good step down the right trail. It it tanned for a rich color and long lasting quality. The large main compartment is almost as big as the great outdoors, and the inside pocket is perfect for storing your curry comb or calculator. It's a great bag to take hunting classes or fishing for new sales leads. The large double buckle flap keeps your belongings dry and secure on those long hard rides. The detachable shoulder strap is adjustable and the hardware is nickle. This is a "friendly" bag that will gain character with age. And it will be with you for a long time. You and the horse you rode in on.
