For our long distance customers, we want to ensure that your purchases receive the same assurance. This is why we take orders via phone and email to ensure good communication between our customers and artisans every step of the way.
To place an order, visit us in studio, fill out the form below, or give us a call! Email anytime and call during business hours so we can discuss the details to ensure your satisfaction. When your item is boxed and ready to ship, we will contact you for payment for both the item and shipping collectively.*
Singular styles and stock items that are currently available in the showroom will be shipped immediately, and stock items that must be made will have a time frame given at the time of order.
*We normally use UPS shipping, but we can be flexible to your needs.

If, for some reason, the product you ordered is not what you expected, you may return it to us,
no questions asked!
We make our products out of quality leather, and use the best hardware we can find. If after some use you encounter a problem, be it one month or many years, send it back to us and we'll take care of it.
